ENERGY

I'm not sure what day I'm on, but regardless, the results are the same: ENERGY!!! I can't believe that I am still moving (cleaning, doing chores, and catching up on all the things that got piled up in June!) at 11:30 - midnight. Yesterday I went for a 13Km run, did all the things I had to in the day, and still had energy to do the laundry, and clean the office for my mom, who is arriving on Friday. Then, I was up without an alarm clock at 6:30 this morning, ready for a run and tackle the packing and other chores I have to do before we leave for Chilliwack today. I love the energy I have and feel. I do not need as much sleep and I can get a lot accomplished in a day. I love how MonaVie makes me feel! (and unlike day one, I don't think it is digusting anymore! Sweet, but not disgusting!)

Tuesday, June 16

Life has been hectic, but I'm feeling well.
Friday, June 12
I came home from work and could barely keep my eyes open. I had been on a field trip at the gymnastics club all day with my class. I took a 20 snooze, 2 oz. of MonaVie, got dressed up, went out to the Teachers Retirement dinner and danced until 11 pm!

Saturday, June 13
Procrastinated writing my report cards. Spent some time on them and some time lazing in the sun on an inflatable lounger on the lake with Telise.

Sunday, June 14
Woke up at 5 am with a very upset stomach. Caught the gastro-intestinal virus/flu that has been whipping through our school. Not fun. Needless to say, I didn't have MonaVie. I could barely keep down gingerale and Tums.

Monday, June 15
Felt better today and back at work. Energy to run 7.5 K, write report cards until 11:30 pm, mother a sick child, in bed at 12:30 am and up 6 hours later.

Tuesday, June 16
Doing well on 6 hours of sleep. I'm usually a 8 hour a night sleeper. Worked, meetings, marking, report cards, went for a fast tempo 4 K and finished in 22:18. Not bad? Weight loss happening too. Definitely a mixture of MonaVie and exercise.

MonaVie Journal

Monday, June 8
First day on MonaVie. I had 2 oz. in the morning with my daughter. She and I both thought it was disgusting! It had a bad smell and a horrible after taste.
BUT, I had another 2 oz. at 5 pm to help with my sugar cravings. This one tasted better. It still had a slight smell, but I didn't mind the taste.
I felt good today. We'll see how the energy levels are tomorrow.

Tuesday, June 9
I was tired this afternoon so I took an extra 1 oz. My eyes were tired and sore, maybe from allergies, but my body felt good. I had little sleep last night. I slept soundly when I went to bed, but I didn't have enough hours of sleep. Hectic day: meetings after school, driving to swim club, shopping for sandals, etc. I also don't notice the smell or the after taste as much. It is growing on me!

Wednesday, June 10
No visible difference in energy.

Thursday, June 11
Today is day four of being on MonaVie. I truly can't say that I have felt "amazingly different" until today. Today I truly can see an increased energy level.
It started at 4 am. Telise woke up and couldn't fall back to sleep, so she came into my room to ask me to help her out. I often talk her back to sleep and give her relaxation techniques. So, I helped her relax, and then I tried to fall back to sleep myself. No such luck. At 5 am I give up, get up, go for a 7.5 K run, get a few bills paid on-line and get ready for work.
I have been going non-stop since then and I feel great! I'm not feeling overly tired, although I should, and I managed a day filled with teaching, reading assessment, two students who vomited in class, a sick daughter that I had to bring home at lunch, chauffering to swim club for the other daughter, dinner, helping with homework, etc. I hope this keeps up!
